Thanksgiving Planning

Thanksgiving Plans (for 20 Wilsons)
22 pound turkey leaves plenty of leftovers
   (it takes about 4.5 hours to cook at 350 degrees)
   (you could probably get by with an 18 pound turkey)
5 to 6 cups of gravy
Stuffing made with two 20-24 ounce loaves of bread
Mashed potatoes, 10 pounds
Yams, just a few since not many in our family like them
Rolls, at least 4 dozen
Pies, 6 pies in assorted varieties
A veggie platter is more popular than corn
Cranberry sauce, made with 6-12 ounces fresh berries
